One of a few new home developments in the Citrus Heights area by Ryland Homes. Stock Ranch is also were you will find Costco and the new WalMart. Ryland Homes has been in the process of building out the 93 residential lots, ranging from 5,000 sq. ft to 13,346 sq. ft in size with 3 -4 bedroom 2 and more bath homes. It is a great new home community with 12.8 acres of open space and a 4.5-acre neighborhood park. Ryalnd Homes began selling units in spring of 2005 and had closed out the community late in 2006.
